Usually, they are very prompt on their appointment. But I believe they had some technical issues and people were coming in because they got a text for their appointment which the text should have never gone out or was incorrect. So I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for my 11 o’clock appointment. Then I felt a little rushed because they were trying to catch up and get back on time. But the staff is very friendly and helpful and usually a little more prompt with their time frames than they were for my appointment.
